Scarborough Cricket Club are saddened to learn that one of it’s former players, Bill Pincher has passed away. William Leslie Pincher and first came to North Marine Road in 1971 at the same time as Phil Hart. He was known as either Pinch or Bill or Billy. Hard hitting batsman and right arm fast medium - deceptively fast off an innocuous and shortish run up. Scarborough Cricket Club are delighted to announce the appointment of two new board members, Kenelm Storey and Guy Emmett with immediate effect. Club Chairman Paul Harrand said: ‘’We’re really pleased that both Kenelm and Guy have agreed to join us and use their vast experience to help continue moving the club forward. They are both ‘cricket’ people, who are keen to add their experience to our existing management team’’.
